Job Type: Full-time

 

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree

 

We are a boutique CPA firm located in downtown San Francisco. We are seeking a motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills to join our team of twenty professionals as a full-time tax preparer in our tax department.

 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

    • Preparation of tax returns including 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S and corresponding workpapers.
    • Responsible for all aspects of work flow – document  intake, client communications, and detailed tax preparation.
    • Prepare quarterly tax computations and year-end planning.
    • Correspond with various governmental agencies.
    • Research various taxation issues.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skill, proactive management style.
    • Professional and polished, able to work and communicate with high level executive client base.
    • Strong tax knowledge and ability to advise clients on best practices.
    • Working knowledge and experience with Outlook, Adobe, MS Office Suite, Quickbooks desktop and online versions required.
